Have you ever found yourself endlessly scolling on social media?

It was a few years back that I finally created an account on TikTok.

I found myself cluelessly scrolling around.

All I knew in the “social media” landscape was Facebook. I didn’t even consider YouTube as a social media outlet.

In addition, the For You Page was a game changer. Looking back at the content I can now categorize it as Mindset, motivation and inspiration.

Lastly, it was on TikTok that I was being schooled on the fundamentals of a great mindset.
